Start a business before building a house

SHOULD YOU BUILD A ARESIDENTIAL HOUSE OR BUSINESS FIRST (UGANDA) In Uganda, we first build a house in the village, then in the city before chasing other developments. The village house is usually a safety net against Economic shocks. Our system here is different from the western style. In Uganda, a rent to own car is usually a scam aimed at exploiting the unsuspecting poor. Rent to own house is theft, miss one month payment and its breach of contract, all years paid are gone.
